• Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week.
• Advancement through VIP tiers depends on overall activity and dedication to the platform.

6.1 Deposits

dv66 supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Minimum deposit across all methods is ৳100.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted.

6.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.
• Processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a verified account.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

6.3 Currency and Conversion

dv66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account in the following circumstances:

• In case of violation of these terms and conditions.
• On suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• In case of violation of responsible gaming policy.
• Due to regulatory or legal requirements.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting support. All pending bets and withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed.
